1-1/2" FPT and 2-1/4" Acme Female Outlet Tank Valves

Continental NH3 Products is excited to announce its brand new line of tank valves, the A-1507-G, A-1507-GA, A-1406-G and A-1406-GA.

It's most noticeable feature is the 2-1/4" ACME thread machined right on the valve body. No more need for an adaptor. Machining the ACME thread on the valve body allows us to increase the flow area through the valve by 27 percent over an equivalent 1-1/4" tank valve with an adaptor installed. It is also available with a 1-1/2 FPT for more plumbing options.

If you need more speed this is the answer. When used with 1-1/2" hose and our new line of 1-1/2" hose end valves, couplings, tool bar coupler and heat exchanger you can achieve rate increases of up to 50 percent. If you are looking for more capacity and faster speeds in cold weather then our new line of 1-1/2" equipment is the way to go. Dollar for dollar this is the biggest bang for your buck you will find. With new pumping systems costing over $5000.00 you can achieve similar flow rates for far less money.

Continental NH3 Products all new A-HFC-112-G, 1-1/2" tool bar coupler is specifically designed for high flow cold weather application.

It's 40 percent larger than a 1-1/4" model and when used in conjunction with 1-1/2" hoses, valves and couplings you can achieve flow increase of up to 50 percent. It incorporates our proven locking collet design with easy reconnection, dual bleeder valves, stainless steel check valves, guides and springs as well as 2 additional 1/4" pipe thread ports for hydrostatic relief valves when needed.

1-1/2" GLOBE VALVE ASSEMBLY

Continental NH3 Products is introducing our redesigned A-217-L, 1-1/2" globe valve with 2-1/4" ACME coupling.

We have taken our successful globe valve design and added a 2-1/4" ACME female by 1-1/2 male pipe threaded to complement our 1-1/2" line of equipment. This valve and coupling assembly can achieve flow increases of 50 percent when used together with our 1-1/2 heat exchanger, toolbar coupler and tank valve.

Continental NH3 Products new A-216-L, 1-1/4" globe valve with 2-1/4" ACME coupling has finally arrived.

We have taken our successful globe valve design and added a 2-1/4" ACME female by 1-1/4 male pipe threaded extension coupling to it for maximum flow for 1-1/4" hoses. The bi-directional valve design allows you to put the coupling on either side of the valve.

Long extension coupling
Knobs on the coupling makes gripping and tightening easier
Coupling available separately A-577-D and works with any 1-1/4" valve.
Dual 1/4" pipe ports on either side of the hand wheel allows you to put a hydrostat if needed

1-1/2" SINGLE AND DUAL HEAT EXCHANGERS

Continental NH3 Products is proud to announce its brand new A-SF-3000GH 1-1/2" horizontal mounted 46 GPM heat exchanger.

With 1-1/2" openings being 40 percent larger and using 1-1/2" hose and equipment our new horizontal mounted A-SF-3000GH can achieve increased flow rates of 50 percent compared to traditional 30 GPM heat exchangers.

Incorporating standard 13" high mounting brackets makes retrofitting any type of flow meter and control valves simple and easy. Using standard U-bolts to mount the unit to the brackets allows for flexible mounting options. The U-bolts can be mounted at just about any position along the length of the super- flow.

1-1/2" male threads on the inlet allows for easy attachment of a 1-1/2" Y-strainer and with the large opening in the bracket that allows for your piping to run through the bracket makes the new Super flow a breeze to install and plumb.

FEATURES:

46 GPM single unit flow rating when using 1-1/2" hose, tool bar coupler, tank valve, and hose end valves and couplings at 100 psi tank pressure.
35 GPM at 50 psi tank pressure.
60 GPM double unit flow rating when using 1-1/2" hose and equipment.
48 GPM double unit flow rating at 40 psi tank pressure.
Horizontal mounting bracket system for easy installation and retrofitting.
Vertical mounting option also available.
Less investment then pumping systems.

ADAPTORS AND COUPLINGS
